Preparing for a wedding could be very stressful, frustrating, and bridezilla might appear!! As a bride-to-be, you want everything to be perfect. It is the most waited-for day of your life and you’ve dreamed about it since you were a little girl. Men don’t have this sentiment as much as women do, but they anticipate that day with deep emotions thinking about the great time they’ll spend with you afterwards. Before the wedding you are nervous but so much in love that you can either oversee what’s happening to your relationship, or you aware of certain characteristics coming up that you don’t like and tell yourself: “ I’ll deal with it after the wedding!” For instance, as the groom, you might feel that your bride is collaborating with her mom more than with you on the wedding’s plans, themes, and details; and you feel left out. Or as a bride, you want to involve your fiancé but he is not interested and when you get upset, he says: “What’s the big deal?”
What characteristics are you uncovering during this period about your fiancé or bride? What meanings are you associating with it?
